Your relationship with those providers is governed by their respective agreements. POLYGUNPLAY is not responsible for third-party platform services, outages, account actions, or policies.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services remain the exclusive property of POLYGUNPLAY and its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the applicable EULA, POLYGUNPLAY grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
No other rights are granted.
All intellectual property associated with the Services is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and other laws.
POLYGUNPLAY™ and related logos are claimed as trademarks by POLYGUNPLAY. The use of the ™ symbol indicates a claim of trademark rights and does not necessarily indicate federal or other governmental registration.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.
If the Services allow you to create, upload, post, or otherwise submit content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your original content.
However, by submitting User Content, you grant POLYGUNPLAY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, display, distribute, publish, and otherwise use such User Content for the operation, promotion, improvement, and maintenance of the Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content.
You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.
POLYGUNPLAY may update, modify, patch, rebalance, remove, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without prior notice.
Features may be added, removed, or modified for gameplay, security, technical, or business reasons.
Online features may become unavailable temporarily or permanently.

Matchmaking
Dedicated servers
Cloud saves
Cross-platform compatibility
Multiplayer support
Leaderboards
Account synchronization
Online services may be modified, suspended, or permanently discontinued at our discretion.
Digital purchases made through third-party platforms are governed by the policies of those platforms.
Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are final.
POLYGUNPLAY does not control the refund policies of third-party storefronts.
Unless otherwise prohibited, POLYGUNPLAY generally permits individuals to create videos, livestreams, reviews, and commentary featuring gameplay for non-commercial or monetized platform purposes (such as advertising revenue or creator partnership programs), provided such content is lawful, does not misrepresent POLYGUNPLAY, and does not redistribute substantial portions of game assets outside normal gameplay.
POLYGUNPLAY reserves the right to revoke this permission for specific content or channels where necessary to protect its intellectual property, business interests, or community.
POLYGUNPLAY may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to any portion of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in conduct that threatens the integrity, security, or operation of the Services.
Termination does not limit any other legal rights or remedies available to POLYGUNPLAY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."
POLYGUNPLAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POLYGUNPLAY, ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF SAVED GAME DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF POLYGUNPLAY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO POLYGUNPLAY FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.00.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless POLYGUNPLAY, its owner, successors, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law
Your infringement of any third-party rights
POLYGUNPLAY shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, power failures, pandemics, failures of third-party providers, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or permanently remove any aspect of the Services, including game mechanics, online functionality, downloadable content, pricing, or availability, at any time.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any Service will remain available indefinitely.
POLYGUNPLAY may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective when published unless otherwise required by law.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which POLYGUNPLAY is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, End User License Agreement (EULA), Online Services Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional policies applicable to specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and POLYGUNPLAY regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, PURCHASING, ACCESSING, LAUNCHING, OR USING ANY POLYGUNPLAY GAME, WEBSITE, APPLICATION, ONLINE SERVICE, OR RELATED PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
