This Online Services Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the online features, multiplayer services, servers, websites, community systems, matchmaking, cloud services, downloadable content delivery, and other internet-connected functionality operated by POLYGUNPLAY™ ("POLYGUNPLAY," "we," "us," or "our").
This Agreement supplements the POLYGUNPLAY Terms of Service, End User License Agreement ("EULA"), Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional policies that may apply to specific Services.
By connecting to or using any Online Services, you agree to this Agreement.
The "Online Services" include, but are not limited to:
Multiplayer gameplay
Matchmaking
Dedicated servers
Peer-to-peer networking
Cloud synchronization
Save synchronization
Online profiles
Player authentication
Leaderboards
Statistics
Achievements
Community features
Seasonal events
Live events
Downloadable content delivery
Future online functionality
Not every game will include every Online Service.
Online Services are provided on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
POLYGUNPLAY does not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Permanent operation
Error-free service
Uninterrupted gameplay
Server uptime
Specific response times
Low latency
Availability in every country
Compatibility with every internet connection
Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, outages, internet failures, cyberattacks, hardware failures, software defects, third-party provider issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
POLYGUNPLAY may, at any time and without prior notice:
Add features
Remove features
Modify gameplay
Rebalance mechanics
Reset progression
Reset rankings
Wipe test servers
Merge servers
Split servers
Change matchmaking
Remove online modes
Shut down servers
Replace services with new technology
Nothing in this Agreement guarantees that any Online Service will remain available indefinitely.
You agree to use Online Services fairly and respectfully.
You may not:
Cheat
Hack
Exploit bugs
Manipulate networking
Intentionally disconnect to gain an advantage
Use modified clients
Circumvent anti-cheat measures
Interfere with matchmaking
Harass players
Threaten players
Impersonate other users
Share malicious software
Attempt unauthorized access to servers
Disrupt gameplay for others
Violation may result in moderation or enforcement action.
To protect the integrity of Online Services, POLYGUNPLAY may implement security measures, including systems designed to detect cheating, unauthorized modifications, automation, exploitation, or malicious activity.
Where permitted by law, we may investigate suspicious behavior and take appropriate action to preserve fair gameplay.
Nothing in this Agreement obligates POLYGUNPLAY to detect, investigate, or prevent every instance of cheating or misconduct.
Certain Online Services may require authentication through third-party platforms such as Steam or other digital storefronts.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your platform account.
POLYGUNPLAY is not responsible for actions taken by third-party account providers.
If Online Services allow you to upload or share content, you remain responsible for everything you submit.
You agree not to upload content that:
Violates laws
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains malware
Harasses individuals
Promotes violence
Promotes discrimination
Contains unlawful material
Violates our Community Guidelines
POLYGUNPLAY may remove content at its discretion.
POLYGUNPLAY reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor Online Services for compliance with applicable agreements.
Moderation decisions may include:
Warnings
Temporary restrictions
Temporary suspensions
Permanent bans
Chat restrictions
Username changes
Removal of uploaded content
Matchmaking restrictions
Account restrictions
Other reasonable enforcement actions
POLYGUNPLAY is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users.
POLYGUNPLAY has no obligation to continue operating any Online Service for any specific period of time.
Online features may be permanently discontinued due to:
Business decisions
Technical limitations
Security concerns
Low player activity
Licensing changes
Infrastructure costs
Legal requirements
End-of-life planning
Where practical, reasonable notice may be provided before permanent shutdowns, but POLYGUNPLAY is not obligated to do so unless required by applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, online progression, unlocks, rankings, statistics, seasonal progress, and similar digital records have no cash value and remain part of the Online Services.
POLYGUNPLAY may modify, reset, remove, or discontinue such data as reasonably necessary for maintenance, balancing, testing, security, or service changes.
Online Services may become unavailable during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
POLYGUNPLAY is not responsible for interruptions resulting from maintenance activities.
Certain Online Services rely on third-party infrastructure, including internet service providers, cloud hosting, content delivery networks, payment providers, digital storefronts, and platform operators.
POLYGUNPLAY is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
POLYGUNPLAY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ONLINE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME, LOCATION, SPEED, OR QUALITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLYGUNPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF ONLINE PROGRESS, INTERRUPTIONS OF SERVICE, MATCHMAKING FAILURES, SERVER OUTAGES, CONNECTION FAILURES, LATENCY, ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS, LOST RANKINGS, LOST LEADERBOARD POSITIONS, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE OPERATION OR UNAVAILABILITY OF ONLINE SERVICES.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
POLYGUNPLAY may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Online Services if you:
Violate this Agreement
Violate the Terms of Service
Violate the EULA
Violate Community Guidelines
Violate the Acceptable Use Policy
Engage in unlawful conduct
Threaten the security or integrity of the Services
Termination of Online Services does not affect any other rights available to POLYGUNPLAY.
This Agreement applies to future versions of Online Services, including new networking technologies, cloud infrastructure, cross-platform functionality, downloadable content systems, social features, and other online technologies introduced by POLYGUNPLAY unless separate terms are provided.
POLYGUNPLAY may modify this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Your continued use of Online Services after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws specified in the POLYGUNPLAY Terms of Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

BY CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING, OR USING ANY POLYGUNPLAY ONLINE SERVICE, INCLUDING MULTIPLAYER FEATURES, MATCHMAKING, SERVERS, LEADERBOARDS, CLOUD FEATURES, OR OTHER INTERNET-CONNECTED FUNCTIONALITY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THIS ONLINE SERVICES AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE ONLINE SERVICES.
