Welcome to POLYGUNPLAY™.

This Copyright & Trademark Policy ("Policy") explains the ownership, permitted use, restrictions, and enforcement of intellectual property associated with POLYGUNPLAY™.

This Policy applies to all POLYGUNPLAY games, software, websites, online services, promotional materials, social media accounts, community platforms, digital content, and related products.

By accessing, using, sharing, creating content related to, or interacting with POLYGUNPLAY materials, you acknowledge and agree to respect the intellectual property rights described in this Policy.

    • Artwork

    • Concept art

    • Characters

    • Environments

    • Maps

    • Levels

    • Textures

    • Materials

    • Models

    • Animations

    • Visual effects

    • User interface elements

    • Logos

    • Marketing graphics

    • Trailers

    • Videos

    • Music

    • Sound effects

    • Voice recordings

    • Written content

    • Documentation

    "Trademark Materials"

    "Trademark Materials" means branding elements associated with POLYGUNPLAY™, including:

    • POLYGUNPLAY™ name

    • Logos

    • Brand marks

    • Game titles

    • Product names

    • Slogans

    • Visual identity elements

    • Associated branding

    "Software"

    "Software" means any digital software distributed by POLYGUNPLAY™, including:

    • Video games

    • Applications

    • Game clients

    • Updates

    • Patches

    • Downloadable content

    • Beta versions

    • Test builds

    • Tools

    • Supporting files

    "Game Content"

    "Game Content" means all creative material contained within POLYGUNPLAY games.

    Examples include:

    • Characters

    • Worlds

    • Levels

    • Assets

    • Animations

    • Effects

    • Audio

    • Music

    • Dialogue

    • Code

    • Game systems

    • Interfaces

    • Visual designs

    "Services"

    "Services" means all products, platforms, and experiences operated or provided by POLYGUNPLAY™, including:

    • Games

    • Websites

    • Online features

    • Multiplayer systems

    • Community spaces

    • Social media accounts

    • Downloadable content

    • Digital services

    "User Content"

    "User Content" means content created, uploaded, posted, submitted, streamed, or shared by users, including:

    • Screenshots

    • Videos

    • Fan art

    • Comments

    • Reviews

    • Mods

    • Community creations

    "Fan Content"

    "Fan Content" means non-commercial creative works created by fans inspired by POLYGUNPLAY™ products.

    Examples include:

    • Fan art

    • Gameplay videos

    • Reviews

    • Tutorials

    • Screenshots

    • Community discussions

    • Non-commercial creative projects

    "Official Community Spaces"

    "Official Community Spaces" means any community platform officially operated, managed, or controlled by POLYGUNPLAY™, including:

    • Discord servers

    • Reddit communities

    • YouTube channels

    • Instagram accounts

    • TikTok accounts

    • X accounts

    • Websites

    • Forums

    • Future community platforms

  2. Ownership of POLYGUNPLAY Intellectual Property

    All Intellectual Property associated with POLYGUNPLAY™ is owned by or licensed to POLYGUNPLAY™.

    Unless expressly stated otherwise, POLYGUNPLAY™ retains all rights, title, and interest in all Intellectual Property.

    No public availability, publication, streaming, display, download, or distribution of POLYGUNPLAY materials transfers ownership rights.

  3. Copyright Ownership

    Copyright protection applies automatically to original creative works created by POLYGUNPLAY™.

    POLYGUNPLAY™ claims ownership of original copyrighted materials, including but not limited to:

    • Game software

    • Source code

    • Artwork

    • Characters

    • Models

    • Textures

    • Animations

    • Music

    • Audio

    • Videos

    • Written materials

    • Website content

    • Promotional materials

    Copyright ownership applies whether or not a work contains a copyright notice or has been formally registered.

  4. Copyright Notice

    Unless otherwise stated, POLYGUNPLAY copyrighted materials may be identified as:

  5. Trademark Rights

    POLYGUNPLAY™ is a trademark claim used to identify the POLYGUNPLAY brand and associated products.

    The ™ symbol does not indicate that the trademark has been federally registered.

    POLYGUNPLAY reserves the right to pursue trademark registration or other legal protections in the future.

  6. Use of the POLYGUNPLAY Name

    You may not use the POLYGUNPLAY™ name in a manner that:

    • Suggests official endorsement.

    • Suggests employment or affiliation.

    • Creates confusion regarding ownership.

    • Impersonates POLYGUNPLAY.

    • Misleads users regarding official products or services.

    Examples of prohibited uses include:

    • Creating unofficial websites designed to appear official.

    • Creating social media accounts pretending to represent POLYGUNPLAY.

    • Using POLYGUNPLAY branding to sell unauthorized products.

    • Registering confusingly similar domains.

  7. Logo and Brand Usage

    The POLYGUNPLAY™ logo and branding elements are protected intellectual property.

    You may not:

    • Modify the logo.

    • Change colors without permission.

    • Create confusingly similar logos.

    • Remove trademark notices.

    • Use the logo commercially.

    • Use the logo on merchandise.

    • Use branding in advertisements without permission.

    Limited use may be permitted for:

    • Reviews.

    • News coverage.

    • Commentary.

    • Fan discussions.

    • Gameplay content.

    Such use must not imply endorsement or official affiliation.

  8. Reservation of Rights

    POLYGUNPLAY™ reserves all rights not expressly granted through written permission.

    No permission, license, waiver, or authorization is granted by:

    • Allowing gameplay videos.

    • Allowing reviews.

    • Allowing community discussion.

    • Allowing fan interaction.

    • Making content publicly accessible.

    Any rights not specifically provided remain exclusively reserved by POLYGUNPLAY™.

  9. No Transfer of Ownership

    Viewing, downloading, purchasing, installing, or playing a POLYGUNPLAY product does not grant ownership of any POLYGUNPLAY Intellectual Property.

    Users receive only the limited rights expressly provided through applicable agreements, including:

    POLYGUNPLAY™ recognizes that gameplay videos, livestreams, reviews, tutorials, and community-created content are valuable ways for players to share their experiences and support our games.

    Unless otherwise stated, POLYGUNPLAY™ generally allows individuals to create and share gameplay-related content featuring POLYGUNPLAY games.

    This permission applies to platforms including, but not limited to:

    • YouTube

    • Twitch

    • TikTok

    • Instagram

    • X

    • Reddit

    • Personal websites

    • Other video or social platforms

  12. Permitted Gameplay Content

    You may create:

    • Gameplay videos.

    • Livestreams.

    • Reviews.

    • Commentary videos.

    • Walkthroughs.

    • Tutorials.

    • Educational content.

    • Speedruns.

    • Challenge videos.

    • Reaction content.

    • Screenshots.

    • Gameplay clips.

    • Community highlights.

    You may monetize this type of content through normal platform monetization programs, including advertising revenue, subscriptions, memberships, donations, or similar creator programs, provided that:

    • The content contains meaningful original commentary, editing, or creative contribution.

    • The content does not misrepresent your relationship with POLYGUNPLAY™.

    • The content does not distribute POLYGUNPLAY assets separately.

    • The content does not violate other POLYGUNPLAY policies.

  13. Creator Content Requirements

    When creating content featuring POLYGUNPLAY products, you agree that you will not:

    • Claim ownership of POLYGUNPLAY games or assets.

    • Claim to be an official POLYGUNPLAY representative unless authorized.

    • Suggest sponsorship, employment, or endorsement without permission.

    • Use POLYGUNPLAY branding to mislead viewers.

    • Upload unauthorized copies of games.

    • Distribute game files.

    • Upload extracted assets.

    • Upload unreleased confidential materials.

    • Circumvent access restrictions.

    • Publish stolen development materials.

  14. Gameplay Music and Audio

    Gameplay footage may include POLYGUNPLAY music and audio when naturally included as part of gameplay.

    However, you may not:

    • Upload POLYGUNPLAY soundtracks separately.

  16. Reviews and Commentary

    POLYGUNPLAY™ supports independent reviews and criticism.

    You may:

    • Review our games.

    • Discuss gameplay.

    • Critique design decisions.

    • Compare features.

    • Provide opinions.

    • Discuss development topics.

    Negative reviews, criticism, and disagreement are permitted.

    POLYGUNPLAY™ does not claim ownership over opinions, commentary, or reviews created independently by others.

  17. Press and Media Usage

    Members of the press, journalists, creators, and media organizations may use POLYGUNPLAY materials for legitimate coverage purposes, including:

    • Articles.

    • Reviews.

    • News reports.

    • Interviews.

    • Video coverage.

    Media usage must:

    • Accurately represent POLYGUNPLAY products.

    • Not imply false affiliation.

    • Not distribute proprietary materials.

    • Not misrepresent unreleased information.

    POLYGUNPLAY may provide official press materials separately.

  18. Fan Art Policy

    POLYGUNPLAY™ appreciates fan creativity.

    Fan creations remain owned by their creators, but they do not transfer ownership of POLYGUNPLAY intellectual property contained within or referenced by those creations.

  20. Fan Games

    POLYGUNPLAY™ does not grant permission to create, distribute, or commercially release fan games using POLYGUNPLAY intellectual property unless specifically authorized.

    You may not create:

    • Unofficial POLYGUNPLAY games.

    • Spin-offs.

    • Sequels.

    • Remakes.

    • Ports.

    • Alternate versions.

    • Commercial fan projects.

    This includes use of:

    • Characters.

    • Names.

    • Worlds.

    • Story elements.

    • Code.

    • Assets.

    • Logos.

    • Branding.

  21. Mods and Modifications

    POLYGUNPLAY™ may support modifications for specific games at its discretion.

    Unless official mod support is provided, you may not:

    • Modify game files for distribution.

    • Release unofficial patches.

    • Distribute modified game clients.

    • Share extracted assets.

    • Create commercial modifications.

    • Create modifications that violate other users' rights.

    Official mod policies, if provided, will supersede this section.

  22. Community Creations

    POLYGUNPLAY encourages community creativity, including:

    • Fan videos.

    • Artwork.

    • Discussions.

    • Tutorials.

    • Memes.

    • Guides.

    • Community events.

    Community participation does not grant ownership rights over POLYGUNPLAY intellectual property.

    By sharing community content publicly, you acknowledge that POLYGUNPLAY may view, discuss, promote, or share community creations in connection with promoting the POLYGUNPLAY brand, subject to applicable law and any separate agreements.

  23. Use of POLYGUNPLAY Branding in Creator Content

    Creators may use the POLYGUNPLAY name in descriptive ways, such as:

    • "POLYGUNPLAY gameplay review"

    • "My POLYGUNPLAY playthrough"

    • "POLYGUNPLAY update discussion"

    Creators may not use branding in a way that suggests:

    • Official partnership.

    • Employment.

    • Sponsorship.

    • Ownership.

    • Authorized representation.

    Examples of prohibited branding:

    • "Official POLYGUNPLAY Support"

    • "POLYGUNPLAY Developer Team" (without authorization)

    • "POLYGUNPLAY Store" (without authorization)

  24. Community Merchandise

    Fans may not create, sell, distribute, or advertise merchandise containing POLYGUNPLAY intellectual property without written permission.

    This includes:

    • Stickers.

    • Figures.

    • Collectibles.

    • Digital products.

    • NFTs or blockchain-based products.

    • Commercial artwork.

  25. Creator Relationship Disclaimer

    Unless explicitly stated in writing, creators, streamers, reviewers, moderators, and community members are independent individuals.

    Participation in the POLYGUNPLAY community does not create:

    • Employment.

    • Agency.

    • Partnership.

    • Official representation.

    • Ownership interest.

  26. Changes to Creator Permissions

    POLYGUNPLAY™ may modify, restrict, or revoke permissions relating to fan content, streaming, creator activities, or community usage when reasonably necessary to protect:

    • Intellectual property rights.

    • Brand reputation.

    • User safety.

    • Legal obligations.

    • Business interests.

  27. Protection of Digital Assets

    POLYGUNPLAY™ invests substantial time and resources into creating original digital works.

    All digital assets contained within POLYGUNPLAY products are protected intellectual property.

    Protected assets include, but are not limited to:

    • Compiled code

    • Scripts

    • Shaders

    • Materials

    • Textures

    • Models

    • Animations

    • Rigging data

    • Sound effects

    • Music

    • Voice recordings

    • Dialogue

    • Maps

    • Environments

    • Lighting setups

    • Effects

    • User interfaces

    • Game systems

    • Networking systems

    • Artificial intelligence systems

    • Development tools

    • Configuration files

    • Proprietary data

    Access to these materials through normal gameplay does not grant permission to extract, copy, modify, distribute, or reuse them.

  28. Asset Extraction Prohibition

    Except where expressly authorized by POLYGUNPLAY™, you may not extract, copy, redistribute, or reuse POLYGUNPLAY assets.

    Prohibited activities include:

    • Extracting 3D models.

    • Extracting textures.

    • Extracting animations.

    • Extracting audio files.

    • Extracting music.

    • Extracting visual effects.

    • Extracting shaders.

    • Extracting materials.

    • Extracting maps.

    • Extracting proprietary data files.

    Extracted assets may not be:

    • Uploaded online.

    • Shared publicly.

    • Used in other games.

    • Used in artwork collections.

    • Used in training datasets.

    • Used commercially.

    • Modified and redistributed.

  29. Data Mining

    You may not use automated methods to collect, analyze, copy, or reproduce POLYGUNPLAY proprietary information.

    Prohibited activities include:

    • Scraping game files.

    • Mining hidden content.

    • Extracting unreleased content.

    • Collecting proprietary databases.

    • Reverse engineering gameplay systems for reproduction.

    • Building databases of POLYGUNPLAY assets.

    Normal gameplay, screenshots, videos, and publicly available information are not considered prohibited data mining.

  30. Reverse Engineering Restrictions

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you may not:

    You may not:

    • Include POLYGUNPLAY content in AI training datasets

    • Create image datasets from POLYGUNPLAY artwork

    • Create audio datasets from POLYGUNPLAY sounds or music

    • Create code datasets from POLYGUNPLAY software

    • Use scraped gameplay footage for model training

    • Use extracted assets for generative AI systems

    This restriction applies whether the AI system is:

    • Public

    • Private

    • Commercial

    • Non-commercial

    • Open source

    • Closed source

  34. AI-Generated Derivative Content

    You may not use POLYGUNPLAY intellectual property to generate content intended to imitate, replace, or compete with official POLYGUNPLAY products.

    Examples include:

    • AI-generated POLYGUNPLAY games

    • AI-generated character replacements

    • AI-generated asset libraries based on POLYGUNPLAY content

    • Provide unauthorized access

    • Replicate POLYGUNPLAY multiplayer infrastructure

  37. Unauthorized Ports and Adaptations

    You may not create unauthorized versions of POLYGUNPLAY products for:

    • Other platforms

    • Mobile devices

    • Consoles

    • Web browsers

    • Alternative engines

    • Modified hardware

    This includes:

    • Ports

    • Remakes

    • Clones

    • Reverse-engineered versions

    • Fan commercial adaptations

    You may not use POLYGUNPLAY intellectual property to create products that compete directly with POLYGUNPLAY.

    This includes:

    • Copying game concepts combined with protected assets

    • Recreating proprietary systems

    • Using extracted materials in competing products

    General ideas, gameplay genres, and mechanics that are not protected by intellectual property law are not claimed exclusively by POLYGUNPLAY.

  39. Blockchain, NFTs, and Digital Assets

    Unless expressly authorized by POLYGUNPLAY™, you may not:

    • Create NFTs based on POLYGUNPLAY content

    • Sell blockchain assets containing POLYGUNPLAY materials

    • Tokenize game assets

    • Claim ownership of POLYGUNPLAY digital items

  40. Commercial Exploitation

    Without written permission, you may not commercially exploit POLYGUNPLAY intellectual property.

    Commercial exploitation includes:

    • Toys

    • Paid downloads

    • Cryptocurrency-based products

    • Subscription products

    • Promotional products

    Unauthorized merchandise may create consumer confusion regarding official POLYGUNPLAY products and may violate POLYGUNPLAY intellectual property rights.

  44. Licensing Requests

    Individuals or organizations interested in licensing POLYGUNPLAY intellectual property may contact POLYGUNPLAY through official business contact channels.

    Examples of potential licensing opportunities include:

    • Merchandise partnerships

    • Promotional collaborations

    • Official community projects

    • Media partnerships

    • Commercial uses

    Permission must be granted in writing before any commercial use begins.

    Silence, lack of response, or public availability of POLYGUNPLAY content does not constitute permission.

  45. Domain Name Protection

    POLYGUNPLAY™ reserves rights relating to its brand identity, including domain names and online identifiers.

    You may not register or operate domains that:

    • Include POLYGUNPLAY in a misleading manner

    • Imply official ownership

    • Imply employment or partnership

    • Attempt to impersonate POLYGUNPLAY

    • Redirect users for deceptive purposes

    Examples of prohibited uses include:

    • Fake stores

    • Websites pretending to be official POLYGUNPLAY services

    POLYGUNPLAY™ maintains official community and social media identities.

    Unauthorized accounts may not:

    • Pretend to be POLYGUNPLAY

    • Claim to represent POLYGUNPLAY

    • Use official logos as profile images

    • Mislead users about affiliation

    • Provide fake customer support

    • Distribute unauthorized downloads

    Fan accounts may exist if they clearly state they are unofficial and do not create confusion.

  47. Community Identity and Moderation

    POLYGUNPLAY may designate official:

    • Moderators

    • Community managers

    • Developers

    • Representatives

    • Partners

    No individual may falsely claim authority to act on behalf of POLYGUNPLAY.

    Community members who assist with moderation do not receive ownership rights or authority beyond what POLYGUNPLAY expressly grants.

    The POLYGUNPLAY™ name should be used only in a manner that accurately identifies POLYGUNPLAY products or discussions about POLYGUNPLAY.

    You may not:

    • Alter the POLYGUNPLAY logo

    • Create confusingly similar logos

    • Create derivative trademarks

    • Use POLYGUNPLAY branding as part of another product name

  50. Copyright Infringement Reporting

    POLYGUNPLAY respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

    If you believe that content associated with POLYGUNPLAY infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice containing sufficient information to evaluate the claim.

    A copyright notice should generally include:

    • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

    • Identification of the allegedly infringing material

    • Information reasonably sufficient to locate the material

    • Your contact information

    • Misrepresent ownership
