Our goal is to create a welcoming, creative, and enjoyable environment for players, creators, and fans. These Community Guidelines apply to all official POLYGUNPLAY community spaces, including our games, multiplayer services, website, Discord server, YouTube channel, social media accounts, community forums, subreddit, livestream chats, and any other communication platforms operated or officially managed by POLYGUNPLAY (collectively, the "Official Community Spaces").
These Guidelines supplement our Terms of Service, End User License Agreement (EULA), Acceptable Use Policy, Online Services Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any additional policies that apply to our Services.
Participation in any Official Community Space constitutes your agreement to follow these Guidelines.
Treat others with respect.
Healthy discussion and disagreement are welcome.
Personal attacks are not.
We encourage:

Positive community engagement
Harassment of any kind is prohibited.
Examples include:
Personal attacks
Repeated unwanted contact
Threats
Intimidation
Bullying
Doxxing
Revealing private information
Coordinated harassment
Encouraging harassment by others
Content that attacks, degrades, or promotes hatred toward individuals or groups based on protected characteristics is prohibited.
Examples include discriminatory slurs, promotion of violence against protected groups, or organized hateful conduct.
Discussion of sensitive topics in a respectful, lawful, and relevant context is not prohibited solely because it involves those topics.
Do not post or promote content that:
Encourages criminal activity.
Promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
Promotes child exploitation.
Encourages real-world violence.
Promotes human trafficking.
Distributes malware.
Facilitates fraud or identity theft.
Encourages dangerous illegal behavior.
Official Community Spaces are intended to remain appropriate for a broad audience.
Do not post:
Pornographic material.
Sexually explicit imagery.
Graphic sexual content.
Excessively graphic violence.
Shock content intended solely to disturb others.
Age-appropriate discussion of game content is generally permitted where relevant.
Do not:
Flood conversations.
Repeatedly post identical messages.
Post unsolicited advertisements.
Abuse mentions or notifications.
Use automated spam accounts.
Artificially manipulate engagement.
Reasonable self-promotion may be permitted where expressly authorized by POLYGUNPLAY or moderators.
Only share content you have the legal right to share.
Do not:
Upload pirated games.
Share leaked builds.
Distribute copyrighted assets without permission.
Upload extracted game files.
Share proprietary development materials obtained without authorization.
Fan art, screenshots, gameplay videos, and other community creations are encouraged, provided they comply with applicable laws and POLYGUNPLAY's policies.
We welcome feedback, including criticism.
When providing feedback:
Focus on ideas rather than individuals.
Explain problems respectfully.
Avoid abusive language.
Avoid personal attacks.
Help us improve our games and community.
Critical opinions alone will not result in moderation action.
Respect the privacy of others.
Do not share another person's:
Home address.
Telephone number.
Government-issued identification.
Financial information.
Private communications without authorization.
Other sensitive personal information.
Do not impersonate:
POLYGUNPLAY.
Developers.
Moderators.
Community volunteers.
Other players.
Public figures.
Parody is permitted only where it is reasonably clear that no affiliation or endorsement is being claimed.
General discussion of game mechanics, balance, speedrunning, or security research conducted responsibly is welcome.
However, do not use Official Community Spaces to:
Distribute cheats.
Advertise cheats.
Sell cheats.
Sell hacked accounts.
Coordinate exploits intended to harm gameplay.
Encourage attacks against POLYGUNPLAY systems or other players.
Moderation decisions are made to help maintain a healthy community.
While users may respectfully question or appeal moderation decisions through designated channels, repeated disruption of moderation processes or harassment of moderators is not permitted.
If you observe behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it using the available reporting methods rather than responding with additional abuse.
Submitting knowingly false or malicious reports may itself violate these Guidelines.
Failure to follow these Guidelines may result in one or more enforcement actions, depending on the nature and severity of the conduct.
Possible actions include:
Friendly reminders.
Content removal.
Locked discussions.
Temporary communication restrictions.
Temporary suspensions.
Permanent bans from Official Community Spaces.
Restrictions from multiplayer features.
Restrictions on user-generated content.
Referral to legal authorities where required or appropriate.
POLYGUNPLAY reserves the right to take action when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, integrity, security, or operation of the community and Services.

Sharing these creations does not transfer ownership of POLYGUNPLAY's intellectual property, and your use of our trademarks or copyrighted material must comply with our published policies.
POLYGUNPLAY may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Continued participation in Official Community Spaces after updated Guidelines become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.

BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY OFFICIAL POLYGUNPLAY COMMUNITY SPACE, INCLUDING OUR GAMES, MULTIPLAYER SERVICES, WEBSITE, DISCORD SERVER, YOUTUBE CHANNEL, SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS, SUBREDDIT, OR OTHER OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLATFORMS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO FOLLOW THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES.
FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN CONTENT REMOVAL, ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS, SUSPENSION, OR PERMANENT REMOVAL FROM SOME OR ALL OFFICIAL COMMUNITY SPACES, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER REMEDIES AVAILABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
