Nothing in this section prohibits independent interoperability activities where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Use the Services or their content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Create datasets from game assets, source code, dialogue, music, textures, models, animations, or other proprietary materials.
Scrape or systematically collect content from the Services.
Use automated tools to harvest player information or gameplay data.
Use automated systems that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
This restriction does not prohibit ordinary search engine indexing where authorized by standard internet protocols or where otherwise permitted by us.
You may not:

You may not:
Impersonate POLYGUNPLAY.
Impersonate employees or representatives.
Misrepresent affiliations.
Create fraudulent accounts.
Use stolen payment methods.
Engage in scams.
Commit identity fraud.
Attempt to deceive other users regarding official communications.
You may not use the Services to:
Harass individuals.
Threaten violence.
Stalk users.
Encourage self-harm.
Target individuals with repeated unwanted conduct.
Publish private information without authorization.
Engage in discriminatory abuse.
Coordinate harassment campaigns.

You may not introduce or distribute:
Malware.
Viruses.
Worms.
Trojan horses.
Spyware.
Ransomware.
Malicious scripts.
Harmful code.
Software designed to interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
Sell access to the Services.
Resell game licenses.
Sell in-game accounts.
Sell in-game progress.
Sell in-game items where prohibited.
Operate commercial boosting services.
Rent accounts.
Commercially exploit the Services beyond rights expressly granted under applicable agreements.
This section does not prohibit lawful gameplay streaming, reviews, commentary, or similar content expressly permitted under the Terms of Service or EULA.
If you discover a security vulnerability, we encourage responsible disclosure.
You agree not to publicly disclose security vulnerabilities before providing POLYGUNPLAY a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
Nothing in this Policy prohibits disclosures protected by applicable law.
To help protect the Services, POLYGUNPLAY may investigate suspected violations using lawful means.
Where appropriate, enforcement actions may include:
Educational warnings.
Removal of content.
Temporary restrictions.
Chat restrictions.
Matchmaking restrictions.
Suspension.
Permanent bans.
Revocation of licenses.
Reporting unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.
Civil legal action where appropriate.
POLYGUNPLAY is not obligated to investigate every report or to take enforcement action in every case.
Users are encouraged to report suspected violations through the official reporting methods provided by POLYGUNPLAY.
Submitting knowingly false or malicious reports may itself constitute a violation of this Policy.
POLYGUNPLAY may update this Policy from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Services after updated versions become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
